At MPS, great attention is given to matching the right teacher to the right student. Our teacher was the perfect fit for our girls. Her gentle manner and soft voice immediately set our girls at ease. She was therefore able to quickly challenge the girls to play with more confidence. Within a few short weeks they were playing louder, stronger and faster music. Much of their hesitation melted away. Our teacher was also very gracious when we did not practice quite enough – but she always encouraged them to keep up their practicing. Our girls WANTED to practice for her. Especially towards the end of the year, they would easily gravitate to the piano to practice without being reminded.

Miss Kiara is doing a great job teaching her remotely. She is really going above and beyond in providing her with extra helps in various formats as she journeys toward her second vocal exam for the calendar year. Kiara is also very tech-savvy and is able to utilize this to enhance the exercises she provides to Adriella. She has been providing graduated recordings for her to practice with and excerpts for the bars Adriella needs extra practice with.  The family is pleased with her continued dedication and encouragement towards such a young student!
